Art Workshops for Emotional Wellbeing

Discover the healing power of creativity in a safe and supportive space

Workshop Process & Content

In our art workshops, we explore different forms of creative expression such as painting, sculpture or mask-making, collage, writing, etc. within a group setting.
Each workshop takes place in a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment.

Through the creative process, participants reconnect with their inner world, explore emotions, and develop a deeper sense of self-awareness.
The aim of these workshops is to support emotional wellbeing, help participants cope with emotional challenges, and accompany them on their personal healing journey, at their own pace.

This workshop offers a gentle and creative space to explore your emotional world through art and mindful reflection. Instead of analyzing or explaining emotions, we’ll approach them with curiosity, noticing how they show up, how we relate to them, and how we experience them in our bodies.
