Psychological Counsellor
Education & Accreditation: I graduated from Izmir University of Economics, Department of Psychology, in 2017. My degree is officially recognized by the German Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB) as equivalent to a German Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Approach & Expertise: In my individual counselling sessions, I accompany adult clients on their journey of emotional discovery and overcoming life's challenges. I provide comprehensive support by integrating scientific and creative methods, such as Neuropedagogy techniques and Art Therapy techniques.
I am currently expanding my expertise to include the world of children and adolescents through my ongoing training in Play Therapy techniques. Additionally, I offer Art Workshops for both children and adults, supporting personal growth through creative expression.
Professional Experience: Based in Germany, I offer adult counselling services both online and in-person in Essen. I also work as a freelance psychologist within the Jugendhilfe (Youth Welfare) system, handling cases referred by the Jugendamt (Youth Welfare Office). In this role, I provide psychosocial support to children and families, focusing on family dynamics and migration psychology.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety and stress management, trauma sensitivity, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, migration psychology, and family counselling.
Holistic Perspective: I believe that mental well-being is inseparable from physical awareness. With my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Children’s Yoga certifications, I integrate mindfulness and breathwork tools into the process for clients seeking a holistic approach to balance.
